This training, offered in collaboration with the University of Lausanne and IDHEAP, aimed to expose the different modes of collaboration between public authorities and the private sector. It exposed in details the instruments of public procurement, concessions, public-private partnerships, subsidies, joint ventures and other forms of delegation of public tasks.
Ema Bolomey was able to acquire important notions allowing her to identify the advantages and disadvantages which these different instruments can offer.
She is now able to adequately advise public authorities who plan to collaborate with a private company and to guide them towards the most relevant type of collaboration. She also advises private companies wishing to strengthen their collaboration with the public sector.
We congratulate her for obtaining this diploma!
